Returns & Exchanges Policy

Soundcorp value our customers and want to make your shopping experience with us the best it can be. All products sold by Soundcorp are covered by the full Australian distributors warranty conditions.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the purchase price, or an exchange for another product.

The product must be returned to Soundcorp in its original condition, unopened and with all packaging and product seals undamaged. A restocking fee may apply for items returned with opened or damaged packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Before returning your item you will need to contact customer service to arrange a return authorisation form. This RA form along with a copy of your invoice must be included with the returned item. Any returns received without a completed return authorisation form may incur delays with processing.

Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is found to be faulty or dead on arrival (DOA) within 7 days of purchase, Soundcorp will replace the product. If a product develops a fault outside of the first 7 days, Soundcorp will facilitate the repair or replacement in conjunction with the warranty provided by the Australian distributor.

If a returned product is tested and found not to be faulty, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
