Do you ship internationally?

Currently Soundcorp will only ship to customers within Australia.

Is Soundcorp an Authorised Dealer?

Yes. We always purchase our products from Australian authorised agents/manufacturers to ensure you get the genuine product.

When you shop with Soundcorp, whether at our South Melbourne store, from eBay or on our website, you can rest assured you're buying a genuine product with Australian warranties.

You can be absolutely certain your product comes with the highest levels of quality and service you expect from Soundcorp and our suppliers.

Is the site secure?

All personal information provided to Soundcorp will be protected.

The Soundcorp server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

Soundcorp uses the latest 128-bit Twate Premium SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate with Server Gated Crytography (SGC).

Soundcorp does not store credit card numbers at anytime. To identify when you have entered a secure area of the Soundcorp website, the address bar will start with https://. When the 's' is present, you know the information on that page will be secured.

What currency will I be charged in?

All prices displayed on Soundcorp are in Australian Dollars - $AUD.

Charges are processed to all credit cards in Australian Dollars.

International Credit Card holders, charges will be converted by your credit card provider to your currency at their prevailing exchange rate.

What is the Privacy Policy?

At Soundcorp we have implemented a privacy policy to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and private.

By using our website and/or providing information to us, you consent to the following:

Personal information collected:
During the Registration process of our website we require you to provide your name, address, and email address. It is recommended, however optional, for you to also provide us with either a landline and/or mobile telephone number so that we can directly contact you in the case of any problems with your order.
We also will collect invoicing and order information upon confirmation of payments.

When you visit our website we may collect more information, such as the address of your Internet service provider, the name of the web page directing you, and your clicks and activity on our site.

Please note, we do not collect any credit credit card details. All credit card processing and security is provided through eWAY and PayPal, ensuring the best possible privacy and fraud protection to our customers.

How do we use the information collected?
The information we collect may be used to process your transactions, improve our stock holdings, and to help further develop our website in becoming more user friendly and feature-rich.

Disclosure of your information:
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

We do however use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering orders and processing payments.

What is the Soundcorp return policy?

Before returning your item you will need to contact customer service to arrange a return authorisation form. This RA form along with a copy of your invoice must be included with the returned item. Any returns received without a completed return authorisation form may incur delays with processing.

Returning an Item

The product must be returned to Soundcorp in its original condition, unopened and with all packaging and product seals undamaged.  A restocking fee may apply for items returned with opened or damaged packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return freight costs.

To be eligible for return, products must be returned to Soundcorp in the condition described above, within 14 days of the original invoice date.

Faulty or Defective products

If a product is found to be faulty or dead on arrival (DOA) within 7 days of purchase, Soundcorp will replace the product. If a product develops a fault outside of the first 7 days, Soundcorp will facilitate the repair or replacement in conjunction with the warranty provided by the Australian distributor.

If a returned product is tested and found not to be faulty, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

What is your Price Match Guarantee?

Soundcorp will match or beat any advertised price on products in-store and on-line.

  • Complete the Price Match request form and a customer support representative will contact you directly with our offer. 
  • Limited to products offered by authorised Australian dealers. 
  • Excludes stock liquidations & commercial quantity's. 
  • Product for price match must be identical and brand new in the box. 
  • Product must be in stock or readily available with an authorised vendor.
  • The advertised product must be freely available to purchase by any member of the public.

What is your customer service policy?

Soundcorp provides exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on the site are currently in stock & pricing is true and correct.

Standard delivery time frames are between 2-3 business days; in the event that a ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 1 business days to arrange an alternative item, a back order or credit.

What is your refund policy?

Exchanging an Item

If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service to discuss your specific situation.

If you qualify for an exchange, customer service will provide you with a return authorisation form. This RA form along with a copy of your invoice must be included with the returned item. Any returns received without a completed return authorisation form may incur delays with processing.

Once we receive the returned item in the condition described above, you will be issued with a store credit to the value of the returned item.

All original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What items will be shipped for free?

Soundcorp offers Free Shipping to our Australian customers.

Products that are available to be shipped for free will appear on the site with a 'Free Shipping' badge on the product image page.

Free Shipping is availiable on selected products only. It excludes all indent, special and sale products.

What payment options are available?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal as payment.

Soundcorp uses Thawte Premium Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate with Server Gated Cryptography (SGC). This allows your information to be kept secure and private.

When will I get my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the recipients location and shipping type. Once the order leaves our warehouse, delivery can take up to 5 business days.

  • Free Shipping - Delivery is usually 3-5 business days. Remote and regional locations can take an additional 3 businss days.
  • Express Shipping - Delivery to Australia major cities can take between 1-3 business days. Remote and regional locations can take an additional 3 business days.

Once your order leaves the Soundcorp warehouse we will confirm tracking details via email.
